High Quality UK Made Exhibition Branded Tablecloth

With this product, we offer an all-in-one exhibition branded tablecloth package where you get both tablecloth and logo. All you need to do is select the size of the tablecloth you need, the size of your printed logo and the colour of the cloth itself. Our tablecloths are of high MJS woven quality, made from a hard wearing 230gsm polyester fabric with a soft cotton feel and luxurious finish.

Design Scheme In Mind

With 27 + colours to choose from, there are no limitations with our printing capabilities, you can print on white or coloured background. This allows you to match the design scheme of your brand or company thus improving your  image with this exhibition branded tablecloth.

Printing Proofs

Processing your artwork is included within the product price, as well as a free PDF proof for your approval prior to printing production. To help you, our printing designers can offer you assistance and guidance with your order. If your logo requires additional work, we can develop this under our artwork services found here.

Rounded Finish

The exhibition tablecloth includes a full drop all the way to the floor (as shown in the photos). In addition to this, our rounded corners means that the tablecloth will not be hanging or trailing across the floor. Taking advantage of our fabrics with a wider widths of up to 330cm, our tablecloths are designed with no join.

Bespoke Sizes

Custom sizes can be made using our size guide calculator (found on each fabric page). This can be found by going to our tablecloths page and selecting the fabric you want and simply adding the printing logo service.

Required Formats

Bulk Discounts

There is no minimum order amount for printed tablecloths; you can order as little as one or as much as you want. Whatever quantity, we can accommodate for and should you be ordering a large quantity, contact us for bulk discounts.

Care Instructions

Printed tablecloths with logos are washable at 30 °C. Do not tumble dry and dry clean. Iron on the reverse of the logo to retain coloured print. We do offer a more comprehensive outline of care instructions for each product found in the product tabs on the bottom of the page.

Priority Orders

For priority orders, we can produce and dispatch your printed tablecloths within 48 hours after the artwork print proof is agreed.

Fabric Colours:

Direct Linen hold large range of fabric styles and colours, The Spectra Plain is available in more than 25 colours. Fabric colours can be in different shade from batch of fabric to another. So the tablecloths could have different colour shades. This is uncontrollable because Direct Linen receive fabric dyed from dying plants and it can be in a different shade.

 

Matching Colours to Pantone Chart:

It is possible to match the colour to Pantone chart, but we have to make print a white fabric in a digital printer, and this can be expensive, so picking a colour from our colour range is the best option.

Tablecloths size and drop: Our tablecloths are designed to have a full drop to the floor all around, no join is needed, as our fabrics are wide, and our fabric width can be up to 330cm .

      

Disclaimer

  1. Our printing method may result in discolouration, colour fading to a significant extent, or alteration of colours away from what shows on a computer screen.
  2. We provide printing as a service – this results in the making of a customised product that cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once the printing service has been completed.
  3. We do provide a proof option if you want to see a sample of what your logo will look like printed on a piece of fabric identical to the tablecloth fabrics we use.
  4. The proof service comes at a low cost and is advisable to purchase if customers are not sure of the final look of their printed exhibition tablecloth.
  5. We print the logo as we receive the image from the client, we don’t do any changes to the client logo artwork, this may result in different shade to the tablecloth fabric colour, or not to the client expectation, so the client has to inform us by email of any specific instructions or expectation, and we advise to order print proof.

Logo Printing Set Up & Artwork Requirements:

There are no additional charges for logo set up or artwork processing. The price of our printed tablecloths includes all logo and artwork set up, free PDF proof for your approval and any assistance and guidance you require, if your logo is not suitable we will give you free advice, if you need a development of a logo we can help you with small hourly fees .

Please supply your logo as a scalable Vector based file (EPS, Ai or PDF file format). JPEGs  and GIF files may not be suitable for tablecloth printing as they are pixel based and may not give a high quality print. If you require any further information, help, or would like us to check your logo before ordering.

We stock wide fabric rolls; however, some tablecloth sizes may exceed our widest fabric rolls. We endeavour to keep all information regarding tablecloth joins as accurate as possible. In some cases due stock unavailability, a join may become unavoidable. We will contact our customers as soon as such scenario becomes apparent. By default, the join of choice is the French-style type which ensures minimal bulge. The join will, in most cases, be placed on the side of the tablecloth to hang with the drop. In some cases, the join may have to be placed in the middle of the tablecloth. Occasionally, more than one join may be necessary. Click here for photos and more information on tablecloth joins and seams.

Terms & Conditions

We do not hold stock of any ready-made items, we make every item to customers’ specifications. This includes customisation of the popular sizes where customers can specify the type of finishing, shape of corners and colour. These items are not returnable as they are made to customers’ specifications.

The only items that are returnable are stock items which include Satin Band and Ivy Bordered tablecloths, Trestle Tables, Table Clips, Tassels, and Towels. You can return any of these stock items within 7 days of receiving them under the Distance Selling Regulations, if they are unused and in resellable (new) condition. You will be responsible for arranging and paying the return postage – we recommend a signed-for service to avoid postal losses or delays. Upon receiving your return, if the items are in the condition described above, we will refund the value of the items (the postage is not refundable in such cases).
You need to notify us before sending out any returns as returns not previously notified to us may not be accepted by our workshop staff.

Recommendations for the Wash & Care Of Table Linen

Basic Requirements

  1. Equipment must be free of sharp edges as they may snag and cause pulls/damage to the linen.
  2. If using a washing machine with pre-set programs, use a program with cool down.
  3. Washing Equipment must have properly functioning water level and temperature controls.
  4. Powder or chemical feed systems must be functioning properly.
  5. Detergent must not contain softener.
  6. Do not use Chlorine bleach on colours. Only use colour safe oxy bleaches.
  7. Drying equipment must have properly functioning temperature and cool-down controls.
  8. Lint screens on dryers must be cleaned daily.
  9. Standard  operating  procedure  should  include  periodic  inspections  of  the  above  listed requirements.

General Guidelines For 100% Polyester

  1. It is good practice to wash all new linen prior to use to remove any manufacturing residual dye and excess finishes which could set protein stains e.g. blood, coffee or tea impossible to remove.
  2. In subsequent washes, similar colours or shades may be washed together.
  3. All linen must be shaken out to ensure debris (e.g. food and sharp objects) are not loaded into the wash.
  4. All polyester table linen should be washed separately from 100% cotton and polycotton blends, as loose fibres from colt polycotton blends can deposit lint onto the polyester linens.
  5. Use synthetic wash cycle/process (maximum 50⁰C for normal soiling), cool tumble dry, wane iron if required.
  6. For heavily soiled items, wash temperatures can b e increased to a maximum of 60°C but will require a gradual cool down temperature by 5° C increments or less until load is at 45°C as thermal shock may occur if load is cooled down rapidly.
  7. Extract time depends on machine design: time in minutes = 1500° C + G force.
  8. For white linen insert bleach cycle and antichlor in formula at this stage if required.
  9. Load washers up to 80% of rated capacity.
  10. Avoid use of any softeners or bacteria scats in the wash as these will mask the absorbency of the fabric.
  11. Do not use chlorine bleach on coloured table linen, only use oxygen release bleach.
  12. The use of sours will assist the removal of residual chemicals and assist any starching required. Do not use V_A. starch: only use natural starch.
  13. For heavily soiled items. Wash temperatures can be increased to a maximum of 60° C but will require a gradual cool down. Step down temperature by 5° C increments or less until load is at 45° C as thermal shock may occur if load is cooled down to rapidly.

Suggested Drying Procedure

  1. Load dryers up to 50°/% capacity.
  2. Set heat cycle to fabric temperature of 80° C – 90° C (low setting).
  3. Linen must be dry before “cool-down’ cycle starts. Drying time usually varies between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on extraction, load size and temperature
  4. These procedures should be followed to obtain optimum flat-dry results
  5. All fabric should be unloaded immediately after cycle is completed. Cloths should then be draped across a trolley or folding tabl napkins stacked flat.
  6. Allow 24 hour “shelf-time” to enhance flat-dry appearance.
  7. Professional results are best obtained by ironing.
