The variations we hold of the Roller blind can truly and surely completely change the style and aesthetics of a room. The variations consist of toned down luxurious shades giving a more low key atmosphere, varying to brilliant hues and bright colours.
The fabric is fairly heavy giving it the element of durability, this fabric can be wiped clean as it is oil based.
Inside (Recessed) Mount Zebra Blinds
IMPORTANT NOTE: On Zebra Blinds the fabric will be 15-20mm narrower than the tip-to-tip measurement (see pictures below).
This allows space for the roller shade to operate properly and is true on all brands of roller shades.
On all inside-mounted roller shades you will have 8-10mm light gap on each side of the shade unless there is a window frame, trim, or drapery covering this space.
Continuous Loop Lift
The fabric shade will be rolled in to the closed cassette. The drop of the blinds will include the cassette. The drop of these blinds can easily be adjusted, but in order block light, you may lose a few centimetres upward from the window sill, and similarly in order to allow light through.
|IMPORTANT: You must use a steel measuring tape for accuracy. If you are replacing existing shades your measurements must be from measuring the window opening, NOT the existing shades.|
Outside (Wall) Mounted Zebra Blinds
IMPORTANT NOTE: On roller shades the fabric will be 15-10mm narrower than the tip-to-tip measurement. This allows space for the roller shade to operate properly and is true on all brands of roller shades. You may compensate for this by adding measurement for an outside mount to your width. On all inside-mounted roller shades you will have a 8-10mm light gap on each side of the shade. Therefore it is advisable that you give 20cm extra width to ensure that the window width is covered.
Zebra blinds are supplied together with the appropriate brackets.
They are easy to install. The brackets need to be screwed to the recess upward or on top of the window. The brackets are “L” shape and there are screw holes available on both sides of the “L” shape. There is a catch and release button, to secure and release the blinds cassette. After screwing the brackets in a properly aligned position (you will only need two brackets for every blind), you position the cassette to the back hook of the brackets, then you level the cassette upward and push against the brackets until you hear the buttons click. To release the cassette you push the button and you perform the same actions in reverse.
